VSA North Fourth Art Center is a contemporary art center dedicated to full accessibility in the arts for people of all abilities, ages, cultures and income levels. Located in Albuquerque’s North Valley, the center’s independent nonprofit name is VSA arts of New Mexico, affiliated with the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC. As an AmeriCorps site since 2000, every year VSA North Fourth recruits an enthusiastic and talented team of artists with and without disabilities who demonstrate the exciting potential of the arts to build community. Since 2009, VSA AmeriCorps members have contributed their time and talents in supporting Warehouse 508 in the their mission.
